WHICH SERVICE SHOULD I BOOK IF I AM NEW?

If you’re new to my chair, I always recommend starting with one of my Detox Rituals.
This first step gives your hair and scalp a clean, healthy canvas — freeing it from buildup, coatings, and product residue.
It allows me to truly understand your hair’s natural behavior and sets the foundation for all future color or care services.

I also offer free 15-minute new client consultations.
This time allows us to talk about your hair goals, scalp condition, previous color history, and create a plan that supports both your vision and your hair’s long-term health before committing to a service.

Many new clients begin with a Detox Ritual and return for their tailored color service afterward.

If you’re already familiar with holistic haircare and want to change your hair color, you can book The Refresh for maintenance, or The Transformation for a major lightening or dimensional change.
For an all-over color shift without highlights, choose The Solid Reset.
If you’re blonde and need your regrowth blended, book The Blonde Edit (or Extended if your outgrowth is over 1 inch or your hair is very thick).

That’s entirely up to you. Many clients love to combine their color session with a Holistic Haircut Upgrade to refresh the shape and enhance the result.
If your ends feel uneven, dry, or heavy, adding a haircut helps maintain healthy growth and balance.

I’ve recently added services designed especially for men, but every person — regardless of gender, background, age or hair type — is invited to experience holistic haircare in a calm, private environment.

My pricing has always been gender-neutral; it’s based solely on time, technique, and product use — so every client receives the same mindful care and attention.

Each service description includes an estimated time.
If your hair is long or very thick, please add the Thick Hair Option at booking — it allows the right amount of time and care so nothing feels rushed.

💧DO YOU OFFER SILENT APPOINTMENTS?

Yes. Just mention it in your notes when booking.
Silent appointments allow you to fully relax and enjoy the sensory experience without conversation — the focus stays on you, your hair, and the moment.

💳 HOW DO I BOOK?

All bookings are managed through my GlossGenius Booking Portal.
You can see live availability, current pricing, and all service details there — it’s quick, transparent, and easy to use.

🌸 WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

Life happens — I understand. Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a portion of the service total, as I work independently and reserve this time exclusively for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes life can get in the way, and plans may need to change. To ensure I can accommodate all of my clients, I ask that you please respect the following cancellation policy:

48-Hour Notice:
I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client in need of our services.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost.
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
Late Arrivals:
I strive to start and end all appointments on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule it, and the full service charge will still apply.
Multiple Cancellations/No-Shows:
Clients who repeatedly cancel or miss appointments may be required to prepay for future services or be placed on a limited appointment schedule.

How to Cancel/Reschedule:
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling me directly at 907-691-7169 or using my online booking system where you scheduled your appointment.

I appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy is in place to help me maintain my high-quality service and to respect the time of the both of us.

I strive to provide the highest quality service tailored to your individual needs. While I aim to complete your service within the allocated time, please note that additional charges may apply depending on the complexity, hair density, and texture.

Time-Based Charges for haircuts & stylings

While most services are completed within the set time frame, for more intricate or dense hair types, additional time may be required. If this happens, an extra charge of $30 for every additional 30 minutes will apply. However, this is not always necessary and will only be added if the service exceeds the time window provided.

Color Charges - Highlights / Balayage / Coloration Services

Depending on the density or texture of your hair, extra color may be needed. If additional color is required, there will be a charge of $20 per extra bowl used. This is based on the specific needs of your hair and is not always necessary.

I work to ensure that your hair receives the best possible care, and I strive to complete services efficiently within the designated time frame. If there are any questions or concerns about pricing, I am happy to discuss them with you to provide clarity.
