Welcome to Holistic Hairdressing LLC. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and policies for the use of our services and website. By booking an appointment, purchasing products, or using this site, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

2. Services Offered

Holistic Hairdressing LLC offers personalized, holistic hair services including—but not limited to—consultations, detox treatments, haircuts, styling, and hair color services. These services are subject to availability and may be adjusted or discontinued without prior notice.


3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments are considered confirmed once a deposit (if applicable) has been received. Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments.


4. Cancellation Policy

I understand that sometimes life can get in the way, and plans may need to change. To ensure I can accommodate all of my clients, I ask that you please respect the following cancellation policy:

  • 48-Hour Notice:
    I kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the time slot to another client in need of services.
  • Late Cancellations:
    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost.
  • No-Shows:
    If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
  • Late Arrivals:
    I strive to start and end all appointments on time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule it. The full service charge will still apply.
  • Multiple Cancellations / No-Shows:
    Clients who repeatedly cancel or miss appointments may be required to prepay for future services or be placed on a limited appointment schedule.

Please call me directly at 907-691-7169 or use the online booking system where you originally scheduled your appointment.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. This policy is in place to help maintain high-quality service and to respect the time of both of us.


5. Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD and subject to applicable taxes.
  • Payment is due in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
  • We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
  • A 3% Convenience Fee will be added to all non-cash payments (credit/debit cards or digital platforms) to cover processing costs. This fee will appear on your receipt as Convenience Fee.
  • Deposits, when required, are non-refundable in the event of a no-show or cancellation within 48 hours.


6. Retail Products

Holistic Hairdressing LLC offers handcrafted and curated products that align with our holistic philosophy.

  • Results may vary by individual.
  • No medical claims are made.
  • Always conduct a patch test before using new products.
  • Products are non-returnable unless defective.


7. Liability Disclaimer

While every care is taken to ensure high standards and safe practices, Holistic Hairdressing LLC cannot be held liable for:

  • Any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or skin/hair responses to products or services
  • Personal items lost or damaged during visits
  • Results that differ from client expectations due to previous treatments or pre-existing hair/scalp conditions

Clients are encouraged to disclose any relevant allergies, sensitivities, medications, or health conditions before service begins.


8. Photos, Videos & Marketing

With your consent, we may photograph or video parts of your transformation for educational or marketing purposes (including social media). If you prefer not to be featured, please let us know prior to your appointment.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and branding—is the intellectual property of Holistic Hairdressing LLC and may not be used, copied, or redistributed without written permission.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with applicable state and federal regulations.


11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. All changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any updated terms.
