I look at the way color happens naturally — where the sun would create lightness, where depth would remain, how different tones live beside one another, and how the color will change as your hair grows.
Living in Alaska gives me endless inspiration. The softness of winter light, the depth of the forest, the warmth of fall, the way the sun naturally brightens certain areas and leaves others untouched.
That is how I approach color.
Rather than choosing a technique first, we begin with you — your natural color, skin tone, hair quality, previous color history, lifestyle and how you want your hair to feel months from now, not only on appointment day.
Highlights, balayage, foils, freehand painting or traditional color are simply tools. I choose and combine them based on the result we are creating.
The goal is color that feels harmonious, intentional and alive.

The Transformation is the longest Color Edit I offer, giving us the time and freedom to create a noticeable change, significantly adjust lightness or dimension, shift your color direction, or rebuild a color that needs more than a simple refresh.
This is the appointment to choose when you want us to have the freedom and time to rebuild your color properly, rather than trying to fit a bigger vision into a shorter service.
Depending on your starting point and your goal, I may work with highlights, balayage, freehand painting, depth, or a customized combination of techniques. The technique is chosen around the result — not the other way around.
Your appointment is complete from color through finished style. Any toning or glossing needed to perfect the result, a deep conditioning treatment, and your blow-dry styling are already included in your Color Edit.

For maintaining the color you already love.
The Refresh is designed for color that still has a beautiful foundation but is ready for renewed brightness, dimension and balance.
Rather than starting over, we focus our time where your color needs attention most — often through the top, crown, sides and areas that naturally catch the light.
The goal is to bring your existing color back into harmony while preserving what is already working beautifully.
Your toner or gloss, deep conditioning treatment and finished blow-dry style are all part of the appointment, so your Color Edit is complete when you leave my chair.

The Face Framing is a focused lightening service designed around the areas where the sun would naturally find your hair first.
It creates brightness around the face and hairline without committing to a larger color appointment — perfect when you want a subtle seasonal change, a little more glow, or something fresh between bigger Color Edits.
Your customized toner or gloss, deep conditioning treatment and finished blow-dry style are already part of the experience.
Pair it with The Holistic Haircut℠ for a complete refresh of movement, shape and light.

Maintenance made intentional.
The Roots is for maintaining an established all-over color and refreshing approximately the first inch of natural regrowth.
For guests whose mids and ends also need renewed richness, tonal adjustment or balance, The Roots & Lengths gives us the additional time to work through the entire canvas.
Your color service is finished completely in the appointment, including the conditioning care your hair needs and your finished blow-dry style. There is no separate blowout to book afterward.
Please note: The Roots is not a scalp-bleach or all-over blonde maintenance appointment. If your natural regrowth needs to be lightened to maintain an all-over blonde, please choose The Refresh or The Transformation, depending on the amount of time your hair requires. Please message me if you are unsure what to book.

The Gloss is a customized toning and shine service for color that has lost some of its pigments, tone, reflection or richness between larger appointments.
Depending on what your hair needs, we can soften unwanted warmth, bring warmth back, deepen or refine the tone, or simply restore beautiful reflection and shine.
It is the perfect maintenance appointment when your color still looks good structurally — it just doesn’t feel quite as fresh as it did.
Your customized gloss, deep conditioning treatment and finished blow-dry style are all included in the experience.
